An experienced trainer, coach and mentor, Tom is currently completing an accredited ILM Masters in Leadership Mentoring and Coaching. With a background in business and finance Tom is highly experienced in delivering performance management programmes for both individuals and teams.
Tom has worked with an array of audiences including Education’s Senior Leadership Teams, company directors, students of all ages and prolific offenders.
A well known figure in Educational establishments Tom has coached hundreds of young people and has been responsible for writing and project managing performance programmes utilised by many coaches and teachers.
Tom has been instrumental in managing and delivering programmes which have included programmes commissioned by the Department of Education and as part of the senior management for the charity Hanover Foundations.
Further experience in Performance Development Coaching and Training includes local government agencies, partnering with Adult Learning Partnerships, the state Education sector, National Probation Service and the Careers Service.
Tom has been contracted by a number of companies and charities to work with young people from various backgrounds ranging from Gifted and Talented through to NEET.
Tom lives in Hertfordshire, is a husband and father, described by his children as smart, funny, talented, musical and tired!!
