Our 5 Step Process

We are easy to work with!

Our 5 Step process reflects our highly effective way of working with you.

1. Observation, Feedback and Preparation

As part of the development programme, time will be made for observing. We will also explore any feedback on development previously experienced by the individual or team as well as any profiling,  or 360 degree feedback recently conducted. The rationale for this is that we build upon what is currently known rather than duplicate and waste time and money. Objectives will be agreed at this stage.

2. Programme Design

Building upon step 1, the programme will be designed to meet the agreed objectives.  It will incorporate in-house material, where appropriate and reflect the values of the organisation. It will also reflect the most effective ways to deliver the services and activities to work around the way the organisation functions.

3. Delivery and Participation

The approach is to maximise development with minimal disruption to the working environment or participants. The delivery of the services and activities will be conducted where most appropriate in term of geographical location and timing. Depending on the programme design, this could mean development sessions conducted at business premises or at off-site locations. It could also mean some coaching sessions being conducted out of normal office hours.

4. Feedback and Evaluation

All programmes will have mutually agreed objectives against which progress will be monitored. Evaluation will take place during and after the programme and allow for changes to be made, if required. Excelsior is committed to ensuring all agreed goals and objectives are met and will go the extra mile if required.

5. Aftercare  & Support

We acknowledge that Excelsior programmes can have an enormous impact and we recognise that  participants can move at different speeds in terms of development.  For those that feel the need to reflect and consult, this is possible. All participants will have continued email and telephone access to the coaches for 3 months after the programme delivery has completed.
