It is often helpful to know what sort of people you are working with when selecting partners or indeed suppliers. We felt it might be useful to share our core values and principles which we feel reflects the way we conduct ourselves.
Excelsior Development works to 5 core values:
Honesty We ensure the participant and the sponsors are clear on the boundaries for feedback.
Flexibility We adapt according to the needs of the client in terms of sessions and tools.
Reliability We will always attend agreed sessions and will be prepared accordingly.
Excellence We will provide the best coaching we can, keep up to date with latest thinking and utilise the tools.
Professionalism We will ensure that our behaviour, dress code and conduct will always convey us in a positive light and that we display appropriate levels of courtesy at all times.
These Principles and Values will be supplemented by the Ethical codes stated by the Coach training organisations to which each Excelsior Development Coach is affiliated.
